DUI/DWI

One of the most serious offenses a driver can be charged with is driving while intoxicated or driving under the influence.  A DUI or DWI not only creates a criminal problem it also creates an issue with the motor vehicle administration.

I am prepared to defend my clients in both criminal court and the administration hearing before the MVA. Many legal and procedural factors are considered when evaluating a DWI or DUI defense. Whether you are a first time offender or have had previous convictions, it is important to have an attorney thoroughly examine your case.

If you’re facing a second or third conviction, I can help you on the path to turning your life back on track.  I have handled DUI trials with blood draws, minors in the vehicle, alcohol induced accidents and just about everything else in between.

Did you know?………for most traffic tickets, you can send a lawyer on your behalf without you being present in court! For traffic tickets and citations that require you to be present, it is important to have an attorney negotiate with the prosecutors on your behalf.
