The Law Offices of Howard A. Brucker, LLC concentrates on Family Law, Criminal Law and DUI Law. Mr. Brucker regularly appears before the Judges in Baltimore, Cecil and Harford Counties.

Mr. Brucker’s Family Law experience covers everything from drafting separation agreements to filing emergency motions to alimony and child custody trials. He has previously served as a contractual attorney for the Cecil County Domestic Violence Rape Crisis Center.

Mr. Brucker brings a personal and deep understanding to divorce and custody proceedings. His point of view is from someone who personally went through the divorce and custody process.

As an undying advocate for his clients, Mr. Brucker represents clients charged with misdemeanors, felonies and serious driving offenses. His unique three prong approach to his cases emphasizes
communication, preparation/execution and mitigation.

Mr. Brucker graduated with honors in public service from Widener Law School in Wilmington, Delaware, where he excelled as a practicing student attorney with the Delaware Department of Justice. He completed his undergraduate degree at Towson University.

Mr. Brucker is licensed to practice in the United States District Court of Maryland and in all Maryland State Courts.
