My unique three prong approach is used on all my client’s cases. These three prongs insure that my clients understand all their legal options and defenses before they step in the courtroom.

The First Prong is the collaboration between myself and my clients. Cases take a long time and it’s not uncommon for new developments to occur right before court. Therefore, I’m always just a phone call away. I also assure that my clients are fully informed in all aspects of their case.

The Second Prong is execution. How weak is the State’s case? Exploiting the State’s weakness helps lead to better client results. Certain cases require special requests from the Court. It may be a Motion to Sever. Or a Bill Of Particulars. Or a Motion to Suppress.

Often, there is a need to subpoena additional witnesses and evidence. You would be surprised to learn that the State only subpoenas witnesses that help their case!!!

The Third Prong is mitigation. Mitigation serves two purposes. For one, it increases your lawyer’s credibility when they speak to the prosecutors. And secondly, it’s the Judges only glimpse of my
client’s life outside the courtroom.

I make sure that the Judge and the State know my clients as people and not just names. I immediately begin the mitigation process with my clients.
